1. Step by Step, how to register for forum.

First thing you will see is "register"
Click on that word.
It will take you to a page of legal stuff for you to read

at the bottom of the page you have to "agree" by clicking on the link

Then you will be taken to where you choose your "username" and "password".
You have to type in the code as you see it.
This is to prevent computerized spam programs from registering for every forum on the internet.
If the letter appears big use a Capital letter, if the letter appears smaller use a "small" letter.
Don't be surprised if you have to try a few times.
I know I do.

The rest of the page can be filled in or left alone. Your choice. UNTIL you get to the bottom of the page. YOU MUST hit the submit button to activate the automatic email which will be sent to the email address you filled in.

ONCE you recieve the email. Click on the link to activate your registration.

2. Step by Step, how to make a shortcut on your desktop for the forum

Once you are at the chat forum, you can make a "shortcut" onto your desktop so you dont have to go to the club website first if you just wanted to go to the chat room.
In the upper right hand corner of every program is three boxes. If your browser fills your screen you need to hit the middle button. This allows you to resize your browswer so you can see your "desktop" plus the forum.
move your mouse till it is ON the line of your browser, either in a corner or on a side edge. It will become a double arrow. Hold the mouse button down and drag the side or top in.
Once you can see both the browser and the desktop, you can go to the URL line. Put your mouse on the icon and drag it off the browser to the desktop. When you let go you will see a mwjrtc shortcut. Next time just double click that and bingo, you're at the forum.

3. SStep by Step, how to add a signature and signature picture

SIGNATURE PHOTOS FOR MWJRTC.ORG:

Signature photos MUST be sized to 150x150 pixels.
Your signature photo does not have to be exactly square but neither the height nor the width should exceed 150 pixels. The file size must also be 10,400 bytes or 10KB or smaller. To reduce file size, you need a photo editing program that compresses files.

You are only allowed ONE signature photo on MWJRTC at a time. No blinkies or flashies or animated signature photos are allowed. Here is a photo sized to 150x150 pixels:

Once you have an appropriately sized photo hosted on a site that allows linking, here is how you put a signature photo onto MWJRTC.

Open your PROFILE on MWJRTC forum. Look for the specified area for putting the URL to a signature photo.

Copy and paste or manually type the URL to your signature photo, including the IMG tags around the URL, in the signature box. Scroll down and click on "submit". Close out your profile.
Then, when you make your first post, whether it be a reply to a topic or starting a new topic, on MWJRTC forum, after typing your post/reply in the text box, scroll down to click on the box in front of ATTACH SIGNATURE. You only have to click on that box ONCE, you DO NOT need to click on it again each time you post, but if you don't do it at least once you wont see any signatures.

The reason there is a restriction on how large signature photos can be is because signature photos show with every post and reply you make. The small size aids in the speed of the pages loading. This is especially important for folks who are running on older operating systems or still on dial-up connections with their ISP. And YES, there are still some people who live in areas who do not have fast ISP services available.
